Here are two apps and websites that can help young people quit using nicotine.

This is Quitting by The Truth Initiative
The first-of-its-kind program to help young people quit vaping, This is Quitting has helped more than 150,000 youth and young adults on their journey to quit vaping. Learn more about how it works and the additional resources available for parents of young vapers and for adults who want to quit.

Teens and young adults can join for free by texting DITCHJUUL to 88709

Who is this program for?

Young adults (13-17 years old) in the United States who want to be smokefree.

How long is it?

6-8 weeks, depending on your quit date. You will receive 3-5 messages per day.
